Appointlet is appointment scheduling software for all sizes and of various industries. You will see all your meetings in one place and easily make changes. Setup your schedule, connect your calendar, and easily customize your booking page. It is possible to display your booking page in English, Spanish, German, Dutch, French and more.
The solution allows sharing your meeting availability with a single link. You simply generate a link to your scheduling page so it’s convenient for people to book a time with you. With the Appointlet easy-to-use dashboard, you can find all scheduled meetings – past, present, and future. There are also handy buttons to cancel and reschedule. It is easy to change your meeting plans and be sure your attendees are notified by email.
Appointlet Showcase your brand identity. There are great tools for our company’s logo, name, and brand colors on the scheduler. Your website will display a welcome message and greet visitors with a short statement at the top of the scheduling page. You can also create a white label on your Appointlet page.
Additionally, it is possible to connect your Google or Office 365 accounts and sync events in real-time. You can use Zapier to pass data to CRMs, SMS, and other powerful automations.
Appointlet takes privacy and the security of your data very seriously. It totally follows all GDPR and CCPA requirements. The software configures firewalls according to industry best practices and unnecessary ports and protocols are blocked by configuring AWS Security Groups and NACL (Network Access Control Lists). Configurations are regularly monitored using automated cloud security posture management tools. Appointlet logs application logs to monitor for any suspicious activity. This is done using a SIEM tool. All alerts are triaged by Appointlet’s Security Team and a security incident is raised after log introspection.
There is a free version and a free trial. Appointlet also has two variant of an advanced plan: $8/member/month (billed annually) or $10/member/month (billed monthly).
