SimplyBook is an online booking system for all service-based industries. It allows efficient defining your services and providers, displaying their availability. There is a full-blown website as well as a booking widget if you already have a website. You can present your business and accept appointments, sell products, gift cards, and service add-ons.
The platform keeps your booking channels open 24/7 and let your clients book their appointments via multiple channels like your booking website, business website, Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile. You easily send tailored reminders before scheduled appointments. It eliminates last-minute cancellations by charging a deposit upfront. As a result, you avoid double-booking your time by synchronizing your personal calendar with your online booking schedule.
It also allows you to fficiently schedule your employees, services, and opening times across multiple locations or offers video meetings via Teams, and Google Meet. There is an option to monitor the number of site visits and compare it with the number of bookings you receive. In the admin app, you can see your booking calendar, upcoming bookings, recently scheduled appointments, client list, and scan tickets. Also, you can create, edit, and cancel bookings and clients.
