Hiretual is an AI-powered outbound recruiting platform founded in 2015. In 2022, it evolved to hireEZ and introduced a new brand identity, logo, website, and a fresh new look. The software provides access to 750M+ candidates from 45+ open web platforms. It also offers powerful integrations with numerous tools to bring out the most value from your tech stack with direct integrations with apps and API connections. Recruiters are allowed to focus on people and not manual systemic errors or tedious administrative tasks to make outbound recruiting easy.

hireEZ Features

Users of hireEZ get market insights and analytics to build data-driven and scalable sourcing and engagement strategies. You can maximize the value of your existing ATS database with the Talent Data Cloud. There are some functions to deduplicate and enrich your existing profiles to build a seamless workflow for your hiring team. It unlocks the value of your existing database of candidates. AI helps you discover the previously hidden, hard-to-find, and diverse candidates. That is to say, you have access to email, phone number information and social media account for direct communication with candidates. 

You easily manage your recruiting teams due to a centralized workspace. It is possible to add or remove users to your team just in a few clicks. The system permits to segment recruiting teams into different focus groups to accommodate current hiring needs. Additionally, there are handy features to access weekly performance metrics, oversee all projects, and reassign ownership of projects. With hireEZ’s email automation, you can bulk email up to 200 candidates, create email templates, set reminders for future outreach, and avoid duplicate emails from team members. The software also offers a Chrome extension as an advanced feature of paid plans.

Data Protection

There is comprehensive data protection for your critical information. The software is compliant with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and adheres to General Data Protection (GDPR) regulations. Application database backups for our products occur on the following frequencies: It has daily on-site backups, which are retained for two days in AWS us-west regions. Additional backups are taken bi-weekly, which are then stored and retained for four weeks in AWS us-east region. The hireEZ platform protects the security of your data with robust safeguards in place governing the infrastructure and data encryption. Customers have the freedom to request the removal of their data to comply with their data retention requirements. 

Pricing

hireEZ offers two ways of payment: monthly or annually. If you pay annually, you will save 25%. The Professional plan is best for independent recruiters and costs $199 per month and $1788 per year. For recruiting teams, it is better to buy the Enterprise plan. It has additional features such as Email Delegation, Customized Export Template, and so on.  You need to contact a sales group for details.
