You can create custom applications and data visualizations to track key metrics without any developer skills; just click on options and drag and drop elements into place. You can manage organizational security for specific modules, contact records, etc. by setting permissions by business role and/or department. The platform has native integration with G Suite and Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Slack, Dropbox, QuickBooks, and many other applications.

Data Protection

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that Insightly collects and processes in the course of their business, including on the Site and Insightly platform, but does not include all user email data. Insightly complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Framework established by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States.


The basic no-frills plan for 2 users is free of charge. If you upgrade, the Plus plan costs $29, the Professional plan costs $49, and the Enterprise plan costs $99. The Plus and Professional plans offer a 14-day free trial so users can explore additional features before signing up for a subscription.
